Enterprise informatization plays a very important role in social ecnomics and needs to be consolidated and developed. Enterprise informatization is the course of ultimating and developing all kinds of information resources to enhance the enficiency and formality of both business and management activities through information and communication technology.Enterprise informatization related factores can be divided into intenal and extanal factors totally. Extanal factors include the product and service market, informatization supplier market, social informatization environment, information technology. Internal factors include informatization leadership and management, informatization input, informatization human resources. SOCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LEVEL DECIDES THE TOTAL PACE AND LEVEL OF ENTERPRISE INFORMATIZATION DIRECTLY. THE GOVERNMENT PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE INFORMATIZATIONThis article analyzed detailedly the relationship between all of these infomatization factors and enterprise informatization, and how these factors work separately. According the enterprise application practice,these factors can be decomposed into drive factors which are competitors,customers,market requirements,strategy,application practice, technology,neighbour enterprises ,government,supplier,platform and resistance factors which are informatization human resources,funding problems,executive force,transparency reluctance , disordered business process,man-made resistance,immature supplier market,and analyzed these factors in defferent enterprise properties such as size,industry ,development stage,informatization hieracy,location etc.In order to understand and check above findings,the author analyzed some appropriate suvey data from all kinds second-hand informatizaiton survey reports on the one hand,and five first-hand cases through which the author draw the real drive and resistant forces and their comparative weighs separently on the other hand.Finally, the author gave several suggestions to enterprise,government,supplier,and industry association separately.the author strongly suggested that only when all the stakeholders work hard together,the initiation,development,infusion and envolution of enterprise informatization can be smoothly ,quickly and effective...
