Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities Based On The View Of Knowledge

With the rapid development of social economy, knowledge has played anincreasingly important role in the process of enterprise development. some scholarsthink that the era of knowledge economy is coming. Refinement of social division oflabor has changed the pattern of global economic development, the deepening ofeconomic globalization and integration the enterprise external environment constantlychanging, and presents a dynamic, complexity, fuzziness and unpredictable trends. Insuch a dynamic uncertain environment, companies in a stable environment tomaintain a long-term competitive advantage constantly being broken and eroded, hasintensified competition among enterprises, showing a white-hot state. In the contextof this reality, dynamic capabilities theory as a new strategic management theoryemerged. It abandons the traditional static view, from a dynamic perspective toexplore the root causes of the essence of competitive advantage. From the Angle ofknowledge view, define it as companies use their own all kinds of knowledgediscovery and problem solving skills, it can quickly adapt to the change of externalenvironment, and constantly update their ability. Therefore, this study think that thekey to the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprise to obtain how to cultivateand improve its dynamic capabilities.Most scholars study its definition, features and other elements, but I believe thatthe evolution of its inherent mechanism of dynamic capabilities also help reveal theessential connotation. I get inspiration from biological evolution and knowledgeevolution rules, tries to intrinsic mechanism from the perspective of knowledge downto reveal the dynamic capability of enterprise evolution. This research concentrates onthe following issues for development:(1)affect evolution of dynamic capabilitieswhich motivation;(2) the evolution of dynamic capabilities inherent mechanism ofwhat is knowledge in which what role;(3) What is the mechanism to realize thedynamic capability of enterprise evolution;(4) to enhance the dynamic capabilities ofthe path which.According to the above problem, this study adopts the method of combiningtheoretical analysis and case analysis to explore. From the external, internal and socialthree aspects to analyze the enterprise the influence factors of dynamic capabilities evolution. Based on the analysis of the dynamic capability of enterprise evolution ofknowledge structure and knowledge construction of its evolution mechanism model,reveals the evolution mechanism is behind the continuous creation and updating ofknowledge. Then put forward the enterprise dynamic ability continuous evolution ofthe three mechanisms: learning mechanism, transformation and integrationmechanism. Finally, the paper analyzes the dynamic capability in xinjiang changeespecially electrician (TBEA) on the growth of the application of the process. Finally,combining the conclusions of this study puts forward four kinds of improvement ofthe dynamic capability of local enterprises in China and the future research trend.Anyhow, dynamic capability theory as the emerging strategic management theory, thestudy of the evolution mechanism and is helpful to further improve the dynamiccapability theory framework, but also for the cultivation and improvement of ourcountry enterprise dynamic capability provides the theory reference and practiceguidance.
