The Hotel Training Mangaement is one of the most important Parts of Hotel Human Resoucre Management.It is important to set a scientific training system suitable for the enterprise's needs.But, the training system of GM hotel is defective.How to set a scientific training system is key to GM hotelIn this paper, by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and practical analysis and using the modern training theory,adult learning theory, to set GM Hotel staff training system . At first this thesis examines and assesses GM Hotel's current staff training situation., points out its weaknesses. The main intention is to build upon and improve GM Hotel's staff training structure from the mindset, responsibility and policy perspectives to ensure the smooth operation of the staffs training strueture.From the assessment of training needs, the structure is set to accommodate the dieffrent levels of staff and particular individual and specific job requirements.From such a foundation, training content and methodology are devised with the approach of Analyss and Cost—Return Analysis .Secondly,Assessment of training is also a vital part of the structure and considers the difrrent methods and deeply examines every level. The ultimate purpose of training is to derive a result that contributes to the entire GM Hotel's staff training development.At last ,this thesis is the deeer analysis and discussion into the safeguards of staff training. Mainly is delves into incentive mechanism, employee 's career management, Setting up the Learning Organization,ang,and promoting the integration of training and corporate culture.Ultimately,any training system must be based on the purpose of the organization, the environment it is conducted and the continuous improvement to the system. It serves as the impetus for the improving hotel operations and future growth.Due to my individual the theories and experience there may be certain inadequacies in this document.It is with a systematic approach that staff training development is discussed and I hope this document can serves as a useful discussion and sharing with my industry colleagues and senior executives.
