Human Resources have great significances for the various types of enterprises and organizations today, which impact their survival and failure. With human resources management and its related basic theory, this essay will deeply discuss the human resource management of Expo Project which adapt to S corporation. In additional, through the empirical analysis of the immigration project, I will build human resources management framework and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.At present, the human resources management models of the United States, Britain and Japan have their own characteristics, and with the development of economic globalization, the research direction of human resources management has trend in penetration and integration. Project management also has become a systematic and holistic knowledge system. The current human resources management research of China is mainly focusing on three areas. One is the problem that human resources management gradually transfers to the strategic human resources. Another one, the different cultures impact the human resource management. The last one is assess the human resource management. However, the research of project management is limited in industry and construction industry, which rarely associated with consulting industry. It is very incompatible with the growing number of immigration and the increasing demand of services.In this paper, it is used case study of human resources management model which is S corporation service to Shanghai World Expo, and it also provide views of project team management that based on theory of human resource management and project management. S corporation is a microcosm of the immigration industry, because of the characteristics of corporate internal and external environment, which has uncertainties in different growth stage. S Corporation developed four stages model according to Tuchman Team (Group). Under the guidance of modern human resources management mode of people-oriented idea, making full use of MBA commonly used analysis tool such as benchmarking method, Five force model, SWOT analysis, core principles of GPA analysis. With the combination of the practical situation of project team building, proposed the concept of close management of study plan, create a learning-oriented team, and build capacity-building project as the center of the performance evaluation system. Since the model of S Corporation is still in the research and feasibility studies, the actual results to be tested. In additional, the every one in the company has dim awareness in concept of studying group, which need protect the model at the early stages of implementation.The essence of human resource management is people-oriented management, and emphasizes the maximum use of human resources. Human resources planning and project team building are the basis parts of project human resources management. After introduce the Expo of S corporation, analyze the uniqueness of this project, this article analyzes the difficulty of their project management, especially in project human resources management which highlighted the special requirements. At the same time, it has pointed out relative science framework of project model system for human resource management, and provided science theory of human resource management.
