The Human Resource Management Of NB Co., Ltd.’s Foundation Treatment For Adding New Material Yard Project

In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have garadually become the most important, basic and creative resources of all the projects. It has also become the most decisive factor affecting the effectiveness of the project. Project human resource management is an imporatant factor in deciding the success of the project. This thesis takes the NB Co., Ltd.’s foundation treatment for adding new material yard project as the research object, explores the application of the human resource management in dealing with this material yard project.After briefly introducing the background, the significance of the study and the literature review in and abroad, the thesis illustrates the foundation treatment and project-based human resource management theory. Then, it introduces the adding new material yard project of NB Co., Ltd. Finally, from the following aspects, the basis, tools and techniques and the results of the project, the thesis gives an in-depth exploration in human resource planning, project team forming, project team construction. It also proposes some related improvements in the existing human resource management program which will have a certain reference value in human resource management in dealing with this material yard project.
