| China XD Group is a state-owned non bank financial institution approved by the State Council and controlled by the Ministry of finance.It is the first one among the four financial asset management companies to carry out commercial transformation.XD Group has constructed three business segments in its business,namely,investment,non-performing asset management and various comprehensive financial services.As a subsidiary of XD Group in China,XD real estate develops real estate and invests in more than ten enterprises.The related development projects cover more than 20 large and medium-sized cities in China.The nationwide layout has been formed and plays an important role in the industry.Due to the rapid development of the company’s business,the original performance management mode of XD Company shows its disadvantages more and more,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1.The assessment does not match the company’s strategic objectives;2.The assessment mechanism is not perfect;3.The setting of assessment indicators is not scientific and quantitative;4.The assessment effectiveness is poor.The reasons are as follows: 1.Lack of effective decomposition of corporate strategic objectives;2.Lack of attention of corporate managers to performance appraisal;3.Inadequate appraisal system;4.Lack of clear purpose of appraisal.The above problems have a negative impact on XD Company’s operation,and its performance management needs to be optimized.Therefore,this paper takes performance management as the core,uses the relevant theories and methods of performance management,combines the current situation and existing problems of XD Company’s performance management,finds out the relevant factors affecting its performance management,and deeply analyzes the causes of XD Company’s performance management problems.According to the existing problems,the optimization scheme of XD Company’s performance management is proposed.This paper first expounds and summarizes the existing performance management theory,and according to the actual situation of XD Company,selects more effective performance management means to summarize and sort out,through the analysis of the problems existing in XD Company’s performance management,combined with the management system to optimize and improve XD Company’s problems,and finally puts forward solutions.The proposal of the optimization scheme can make XD Company make full use of the existing resources of the enterprise,obviously enhance the practical role of human resource performance management,and promote the core competitiveness of human resources to be greatly increased to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The improvement of enterprise performance management depends on the innovation of management concept and advanced management mode.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide reference for the majority of real estate enterprises to optimize and improve their performance management under the modern management mode. |
