As an important quality control theory, the thought of Six SIGMA is not sufficiently popularized in Chinese enterprises, however, it is meaningful in refining the requirement of quality, product and service. Six SIGMA refers to the integrated management system and the development strategy which the enterprise gains and maintains in its operation and maximizes the business performance. It is an operating style that made the enterprise growing rapidly and has competitiveness. It is a way of seeking an operation strategy that could increase customer satisfaction and at the same time increase business economy. It is not simple technical methods used, but a brand-new management pattern.The paper analyzs the product work flow in QW Power Group, with the methods such as DMAIC performance improving model, brainstorming, key quality analysis, variance analysis, to explore the applicability of the idea and the system of Six SIGMA in product quality management and work flow remold process, including the problems in implementation process as well as the thought of using Six SIGMA to improve project management.The paper point out in modern production enterprise, the production and supply management progress are insufficient and some of the important craftworks are inaccurate, which result in low efficiency of the entire system. Combined with Six SIGMA DMAIC, the paper discuss the way to improve and accurate the working group. In practice, the process of improving the team's work will be finished swiftly, and will investigate the impact of the efficiency of the production process node by following DMAIC. Combin with Six SIGMA practical experience in QW and some related theories, the paper analyzs a series of Six SIGMA guarantee, defind and divid the production process indicators, which provided guidance for Six SIGMA management; choose DMAIC improving style to improve the production process, logistics management, after-sales service, brand promotion according to current ability of QW Power Group.
