In order to win customers, improve corporate profits and to gain competitive advantage, many enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.Lean six sigma management has become a part of the enterprise’s strategic management, it has played a significant role in improving customer satisfaction, improving product quality, saving cost and achieving excellent performance.Although the vast majority of enterprises are aware of the advantages of Lean Six Sigma and more and more enterprises are used to try to integrate lean production and six sigma management in the operating system,to achieve management innovation, But at present, few companies can really do a good job of continuous improvement and get great benefits,, lean six sigma management is more and more superficial. How to maximize the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma management, the real integration of Lean Six Sigma management and lasting, is a very urgent problem in front of a lot of enterprises.Firstly, the paper summarizes the origin and theory of lean production and six sigma management, and summarizes the integration of Lean Six Sigma.Through in-depth study and analysis of the status quo and problems of M company of world top 500 in China,based on the combination practice of M company’s Lean Six Sigma production management from the perspective of value stream, summarized and put forward the lean six sigma management system structure and its main components, gives a specific method of daily management from the management system level, and use operation result to prove the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma management system; Secondly, at the project implementation level based on the theory of DMAIC II framework,a tracking study of the company’s improved case-T product delivery time improvement was given. A detailedimplementation method of this kind of process was summarized. Finally, research on the application of Lean Sigma in the production management from framework to details.Through two levels that are operations management system and project improvement to study the implementation of Lean Six Sigma, provide a complete reference model to implement Lean Six Sigma management for domestic enterprises, with a view to guide domestic enterprises to better achieve the production and operation management, improve their competitiveness. |
