Research On Dynamic Evaluation Of Logistics Service Providers Of Middle-Small Medical Chain Enterprises

With the continuous development of medical logistics, the middle-small medical chain enterprises have realized the importance of logistics. Aiming at their own characters, Logistics operations were often outsource to several logistics providers. However, if wrong logistics provides have been chosen, the outsourcing strategy would not be achieved and it would bring a series of business risks. Based on the above- mentioned situations, it proposed a dynamic evaluation model for evaluating the logistics service providers by studying the middle-small medical chain enterprises.Firstly, analyzed the relevant theories and logistics provides of middle-small medical chain enterprises and their logistics providers. It discussed the necessity of evaluation. And then, according to the research achievements, the evaluation index system has been established, which is applicable for the logistics service providers of middle-small pharmaceutical chain enterprises. Finally, it proposed the dynamic evaluation model.A specific index system has been established, which includes company strength, cooperation, and transport rates in a timely manner, delivery accuracy, damage rate, the rate of complaints and price. The index was analyzed and evaluated depending on dynamic evaluation model on the basis of supplier appraised and studied originally. The main content of this model can be described as follow: Firstly, the index weight is calculated by the index weighting method of minimizing deviations in different periods. Secondly, the time factor is considered in the establishment of the dynamic model which gives out evaluation of the index value of different target in different times. Finally, the logistics service providers are sequenced by the model according to the distance between the providers and the ideal solution.At last, we have this model's application in an example that how one middle medical chain enterprise dynamically evaluates logistics service providers. It proves that this model is effective to evaluate the providers.
