And then, according to the research achievements, the evaluation index system has been established, which is applicable for the logistics service providers of Pharmaceutical chain enterprises. Finally, it proposed the evaluation model with the gray correlation analysis method and AHP evaluation model.Based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical lcgistics and chain operation requires the establishment of a special evaluation system, including enterprise strength, price, cooperation, service capabilities in four areas. It includes12indicators, like GSP certification, distribution capabilities, logistics and technology, emergency case processing capabilities, service flexibility, price, delivery punctuality, delivery accuracy, cargo damage rate, customer satisfaction, cooperation, collaboration, strategic objectives compatible degrees. Logistics service providers in the existing selection methods based on the study established hierarchy-gray correlation analysis model. Model are as follows:First, using AHP to build the index system hierarchical structure, calculated for each indicator relative to the overall objective of index weight; then use the gray correlation analysis were calculated for each candidate service providers with the ideal service provider correlation value; finally index weights and weighted correlation coefficient values obtained new correlation coefficient values used to evaluate each candidate service providers to improve the results of the evaluation of the objective and scientific.
