The Research On Development Strategy Of Xiangfan Post In Process Of Companization

With the deepening of economic system reformation, China post traditional management system as'government-enterprise integration'can't fit in with the needs of market economy. Now postal system reform is deepening, the interior and exterior situations of Xiangfan post have changed greatly. The next, with the"SWOT analysis"and the"BCG matrix analysis", the strategic plans are formulated and choosed. The third, the implementation of Xiangfan postal development strategy is discussed. Reform of corporation system, combination and extension business, specialized management, strengthening capability construction, vitalization of post by science and technology, attention human resources development, service brand cultivation and so on are the emphases of strategy implementation.
