Training, as the basic way of Human resource development, has been far beyond the primitive purpose for education merely, but has been taken as one of the key methods in modern enterprise management and as the important components of company competitiveness. Therefore, many enterprises establish the special training department and appoint the professional personnel at huge cost to conduct the training. Even though the Training department has exhausted in engaging instructor, organizing training room and the trainees'accommodation, the Training may produce very little effect. From viewpoint of many entrepreneurs, training is of high investment but of little profit and many employees complain there's no significant meaning for the training but for a mere formality. Research on Training Development in respect of HR Capital & Labor resources Quantitative Management which covers all the functions related with Training development, and also concerns with the problem of'Profit','Interest','Cost'etc. in business operation of the company, therefore is made as the subject of this thesis.Research on Company Training Development which has been concerned by many experts ever since has yielded rich fruits. However, most Researches on Training Development in respect of HR Capital & Labor resources Quantitative Management are still in theoretical and abstractive stage. Thus this thesis will aim at further extending the research results to be more concrete and measurable.Centered on study of Training Development and from the point of HR Capital, this thesis illustrates the relationships among Training Development, HR Capital and Labor's Resources in detail, and puts forward to how to construct the Training Development System based on HR Capital and how to evaluate the cost and effect of the Training Development in a more scientific way in terms of Labor resources quantitative management.This thesis adopts the methods of Variance Analysis, Investment Payoff Period and Net/current Value Calculation etc. and illustrates with typical cases.Organic planning is one of the foundation stones for success. Meanwhile, quantitative management is also a factor for a successful enterprise. Therefore, to dig out high return from the Training Development, the enterprise shall get improvement in respect of Training Development Mechanism, Training System, and Training Organization based on HR Capital and Labor's resource quantitative management. In this way, the Training development will play the role of improving staff's comprehensive quality, increasing enterprise profit and facilitating continuous development of the company.In theoretical aspect, this thesis developed the Theory of Human Resource Management, it will be a rich source for enterprises in studying on Training & Development, in deepening understanding of HR Capital & Labor resource quantitative management, as well as in emphasizing on the Training Effect Evaluation via HR Capital & Labor resource quantitative management. In practical application, from the view of enterprise operation, this thesis will explain more about the nature, purpose, meaning, methods and effect etc. of the Training Development, to make the enterprise have a definite understanding of it and choose the most suitable Training Development System both of short term and of long term. |
