The Construction Project Cost Management Control System And Countermeasures

The cost management is the core of the current construction project management. This thesis will study about the cost management system of construction projects from the different perspectives; it will analyze and demonstrate the argument by using the induction and conclusion method and imperative to strengthen the establishment of cost effectively, it is imperative to strengthen the establishment of cost management system of construction projects and the implementation of effective countermeasures. The research including the following specific areas:Based on the establishment of cost management system of projects, this thesis put forwards the systemic process of project cost control and control countermeasures and organizes the evaluation system of cost control objectives;This thesis effectively and reasonably designs the cost control plans at the different stages of engineering projects so as to control and perfect the cost management control system;This thesis puts forwards the concept to implement the objective cost management responsibility of engineering projects, emphasizes that this is the basic system assurance of effective control about project cost management and also lists the basic countermeasures about how to strengthen the full risk management of construction project costs;By introducing the methods that China Railway Construction Engineering Group employs for the projects cost management, this thesis will induce and summarize the practical problems existing in the management of project costs and apply the project cost management system to the practice.
