| In the current stage of rapid development of the economic market,China’s construction enterprises lag behind the world in the research of engineering cost control.In the current economic market of our country,the profit margin of many construction engineering enterprises is obviously low,and the benefit of enterprises is not ideal.The main reason is that when some construction enterprises carry out engineering construction in the current economic market,there are many loopholes and defects in the management and control of project cost.At present,the common problem is that the construction cost control system of construction enterprises is not perfect,and enterprises do not have a perfect construction cost management cost control system.Generally speaking,it is necessary to improve the management and control level of construction cost in construction.Therefore,at present,construction enterprises must further improve the company’s cost management level,improve the project’s construction cost control system,so that the profitability of the construction company in the construction process has been significantly improved,thereby further improving the company’s efficiency and enhancing the company’s profitability.Competitiveness.In this paper,in the course of the construction of the HL company is H project as the research object,using case analysis and field survey,status quo of the HL’s current cost control system have a probably understanding,five factors of COSO framework of cost control analysis of the status quo,find out the current construction cost control system exist areas that needs to be improved,And optimize it.In the third chapter in this paper,after analysis of the status quo,found the HL construction cost control system of the company is now mainly exist the following problems: the project cost control consciousness weak,not enough emphasis on risk prevention,for "man-material-machine" cost control is not rigorous,not timely and effective access to information,supervision departments lack independence and objectivity.Finally,in the above found all problems put forward the optimization scheme,and in the following project construction process of the application,achieved a good control effect.It not only made up for the previous monthly losses,but also had a cost balance of nearly 510,000 at the end of the year settlement.Moreover,the construction progress did not lag behind,completely surpassing the construction schedule.In addition to perfect construction cost control system and control program,up to the management of construction personnel,all participating personnel consciousness of cost control management for construction cost control results also has a great influence,therefore,it is necessary to put forward some protection measures are proposed to ensure our cost control to run smoothly.Through the practical application of a project of HL company,it is verified that a perfect construction cost control system can get twice the result with half the effort when the construction enterprise carries out construction cost control.It is also hoped that this study can provide some reference for other construction enterprises in the process of cost control. |
