This paper consists of five parts. Part I is Introduction, which introduces the motivation of writing, research ideas and overall framework of the paper. Part II is the Introduction and Analysis of Electric Power Marketing Theory, which introduces and analyzes the current research results on the electricity market and electric power marketing; Part III is the Demand Analysis for Electric Power Using Application Service; Part IV is the Design and Application of "One-stop" Service Model; Part V is the Research Results and Comprehensive Discussion. Through aforesaid researches, what we achieve are as follows: First, form a set of "one-stop" service model for electric power using application service and its main content, including organizational system, key processes, standard documentation, operating guidance and exclusive brand. Second, through empirical studies, realize the effective integration of marketing theory and practice of marketing in electric power industry. Third, add material contents to the high-quality services provided by power supply enterprises and meanwhile bring good reference for continuing to carry out in-depth research on the marketing methods and the high-quality services connotation. Finally, from the point of this paper, discuss issues people need to pay attention to in improvement and promotion of the "one-stop" services.
