With the mobile Internet,Internet plus,big data analysis,cloud computing,mobile APP technology rapid development,the advanced technology of big data more and more applications in the power industry based on.The quality of life of the people to improve their daily life in the public service requirements are also increasing,such as more convenient to pay electricity bills.The "customer-centric" power marketing is the core of how to do a good job of customer service,and most easily perceived power customer service experience is the power purchase payment,payment convenience has become one of the key factors to do service work.The purchase of electricity must create 10 minutes payment circle for the convenience of customers,the best to improve the convenience of customers to pay,but Xinjiang region is relatively backward area of other information development,user awareness for online payment is not enough.Increase the line payment networks is an effective way to maintain the business hall,but since the construction cost and operation is too high,the use of stored margin third party collection model is very mature,electricity funds are very safe,by adding the third party payment networks to improve the collection of people payment convenience has the advantages of low cost,low risk.Whether you need to set up the third party collection payment network,where to set up a collection of third party payment network,increase the number of payment outlets need scientific decision-making.In this context,this paper carries out the research on the optimization and application of the power marketing network based on large data analysis,which provides scientific,real-time and reliable technical support for the convenience and quality service.Analysis of area location,area number of users,user habits,covering electricity user purchase behavior,user attributes,and the three party collecting outlets around its own payment networks charge by big data,were compared and evaluated all third party payment networks collecting credit and service quality,and finally decided to set up a reasonable payment networks the purchase of electricity,to provide better and better quality of service for electricity customers.
