The localization of the multinational corporation was one of the main topics discussed by the academia in recent years,the localization of staff,especially administrative staff is key to multinational corporation.As the extent of reformation grows on,Japan,the neighbor of China,try to do business in China,especially the littoral provinces in East China. SuZhou is one of these cities that Japan-owned enterprise invest in.They have already occupied biggish share in the foreign-investment of SuZhou during the past two decades.Other foreign-owned enterprises began to engage in administrative staff's localization,while Japan-owned enterprises did little about it.This phenomenon attract attention of the academia of domestic and foreign.They studied the problem but not deepenning very much .What are key factors of obstructing administrative staff's localization of Japan-owned enterprise?How did they exert an influence on the localization of the administrative staff?This dissertation studied material and made investigation,to probe main factors of obstructing administrative staff's localization of Japan-owned enterprise.And then found out the five key factors according factor analysis.At last,construed how the key foctors exert an influence on the localization of the administrative staff.According to the investigation,it found that five key foctors:little trust in Chinese administrative staff;low salary and material benefits;demands on promotion is high and little develop chance;inadequacy management;unflowing communication with headquarters.
