A Comparative Analysis Between Marxism Property Right Theory And The West Morden Property Right Theory

Property right is the basic element to constitute the social economic system as well as the basic presupposition for the market transaction to be operated orderly. The property right's limits, the structure and the arrangement not only has decided social economy system structure and the nature of a national directly, but also is affecting the resources disposition of the country and the cost and the efficiency of institutional moving. So the reformation of property right is an urgent task on deepening reformation , and is an important content on establishing the socialist market economic system , is an important question on the socialist market economic theory , too.Which kind of theory is to be used as an instruction in the transformation has series differences in our country . Which kind of theory is to be used as an instruction in the transformation, this needs the comparison between Marxism property right theory and the modern west property right theory.I made a detailed and particular introduction , on the base of using the modern west property right theory for reference and combining the Marx's theory of property right in the paper. In the second part, I mainly introduce the basic content of Marx's property right theory , include the production process of the property rights , the essence of the property rights ,and so on . In the third part , I did analyze the western property right theory, the main content to involve the production process of the property rights, the Coase theory, the property right system efficiency comparison theory and so on .In the fourth part I mainly make impersonality comparison between the Marxism property right theory and the modern western theory of property right. Marx had made thorough study and discussion for property right theory. There are some parts that can be communicated with the modern western theory of property right, and some parts that entirely oppose with the modern western theory of property right. Either from methodology or from the history sense, the Marx's property right theory is more impersonal and has more persuasion than the modern western theory of property right, so it has more historical value than the later. Through the comparison, we can see that the Marx's property right theory is fit for our Chinese than the modern western theory of property right. In the last part , I summarized some inspirations through the comparison of the two kinds property rights .
