An Exploration On The Source Of Marx's Theory Of Re-establishing Individual Property

The first time that Marx completely explained the idea of re-establishing individual property was in chapter twenty-four of the " Historical Trends of Capitalist Accumulation" in Das Capital,and this idea has been masterly placed in the structure of the syllogism of the negation of Dialectics.Therefore,The study on Marx's theory of re-establishing individual property must be traced back to the origin.This is not only to be consistent with the logical requirements of negation dialectic,but also to reveal the methods that Marx always used to analyze the property relations.From the perspective of primitive capital accumulation to see the history of the evolution of property relations,we find that the pre-capitalist production system,including the property of the original community and its three derivative forms,can be attributed to the relationship of production by the "unification of labor and ownership",the "individual private property founded on the labor of the proprietor" is the private form of this unified structure.With the expansion of division of labor and Communication,the smaller producers,who independently mastered the means of production,has been replaced by modern and cooperative labor capitalism.However,"capitalist private property "is based on the separation between labor and ownership,which is the manifestation of "private property of non-laborers" and rests on the employment of the labor of others.The injustice of this system indicates that its existence can only be temporary.The negation of negation is to "re-establishing individual ownership ".Which,from the macro level,is to reunify the separation of labor and property caused by the original accumulation of capital,to return for the"unification of labor and property" based on higher level collaborative labor.Judged from the specific intentions,the object of individual property refers to the means of production.In the different periods writings of Marx,the property system has always been defined by the relationship between labor and the means of production.There is sufficient evidence indicating that objects of "re-establishing individual ownership" and "re-establishing the individual property of laborers" refer to the means of production,instead of living materials.On the other hand,re-establishing private property is not for individual producer,which is guaranteed by the socialization and collaboration of production.Individual property is only viewed from the perspective of individual workers.It is a synonyms for social property.The production in communist society can only be a combination of individual workers with public means of production.This combination guarantees that every member in society can equally use the means of production.This create conditions for individual realization.Marx's theory of re-establishing individual property embodies the dominant position of individual laborers in the future society.This inspires us to pay much more attention to and ensure the rights and interests of laborers in our socialist construction.The reform of the economic system must be accompanied with a certain degree of productivity and the development of labor forms.
