Research On Electric Network Project Cost Management

With the rapid development of the electric power industry in China, the management of electric power engineering cost which is closely related to electric power industry plays a more and more important role. How to analyze the feasibility of the electric power engineering investment, optimize electric power engineering project, determine electric power engineering cost reasonably and control the cost effectively is a key problem that our country electric power engineering cost management has to resolve.This paper first described the impact of the planning of power grid to the electric power engineering cost. This paper has summed up the four stages, analyzed the main factors which affect the cost, pointed out the existing problems and put forward the improvement measures addressing the problems so as to control the power project cost more reasonably and effectively.
