To enhance the effectiveness, Tianjing Power Engineering Co.,Ltd should, actively explore the market, and at the same time, establish a internal management and perform a tight project cost control under the circumstance such as the intensive market competition and the increasingly thin profit margins. This paper proceeds with the theoretical analysis, investigation and research to demonstrate problems and flaws that exists in project management and control of Tianjing Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Through a strategic analysis, pointed out the company's specific measures to improve cost control. A formation of the target cost was regulated in the most important aspects of project outsourcing cost and the site construction management cost respectively.A better results has been obtained after application in the company. Finally, this paper put forward focus of attention and suggestions on project cost management. |
