The power industry is the most important basic energy industry in national economic development,is the first basic industry of national economy,is the basis of the relationship between national economy and people's livelihood industry,is priority to the development of world economy development strategy.With the development of Chinese economy,an increasing demand for electricity in the whole society,the expansion of power sales market and stimulate the development of the whole electric power production.As a kind of advanced productivity and basic industries,the power industry to promote the development of national economy and social progress has played an important role.Combined with the current national power grid companies are grid project management in promoting the whole life cycle cost management concept.Therefore,the whole life cycle cost management based substation project investment decision method of research,help promote the lean management and scientific decision level of power engineering,has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.This paper analyzes the applying total life cycle cost management concept to the key points in different stages of the investment decisions.The lifecycle concept focuses on applications in power engineering comparison and decision stage,the whole life cycle cost of power engineering are analyzed,and on the basis of the comparison and decision alternatives.The whole life cycle cost management ideas and methods are proposed for application in electric power construction investment decision making Suggestions.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:(1)analyzes the application in electric power engineering projects of the whole life cycle cost management theory,this paper expounds the characteristics of electric power projects and its management status,this paper discusses the wholelife cycle cost management in electric power engineering project application.(2)based on whole life cycle cost of power engineering project management model and mechanism design,including based on the total life cycle cost of power engineering project management pattern design and based on the total life cycle cost of power engineering project management mechanism design.(3)based on whole life cycle cost of power engineering project management key problems are analyzed,including the grey correlation analysis method.(4)to tianjin home fort the actual data of 110 kv power transmission and transformation project as examples,in the investment decision-making for electric power engineering comparison and decision alternatives.Of the whole life cycle cost management method based on the analysis of electric power engineering comprehensive benefit has great advantage on conclusions.
