Research On Cost Control Of Distribution Network Engineering Project

Project cost control is a major content of project cost management, and it’s a very important indicator of the projects. In recent years, with the imcreasing of the Guangdong Grid of Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau’s project of distribution network construction, the project manager is seeking an effective method to improve the management. At the same time, we begin to pay attention to the huge funds input of distribution network whether can bring good social benefit and enterprise benefit, can it get a reasonable return on investment and loan repayment. Therefore, It becomes more and more important to strengthen the construction project cost control of distribution network at present.This paper first describes the background of distribution network of enterprise cost control in electric and the meaning of the study, and then introduces the basic concept and the principle of engineering project cost control of the distribution network, the further analysis the factors of the project cost’s affecting. Then tel! us the construction’s all period’s cost control and project cost control methods. Then, through deeply research on engineering project in Jiangmen city in2011for its distribution network, based on an objective, impartial evaluation principles, through the cost of the target cost control model, using the " Gantt chart method","earned value method" to analysis the city distribution network project’s whole process cost control, and project cost control and assessment evaluation. Finally, based on the real data of the project of Jiangmen power distribution network, proved the cost control model, earned value in project cost control in distribution network, turned out it is effective and reasonable, Through this research, we want to promote the whole process of project cost control and power distribution network standardization, improve the construction project of distribution network management level and the investment benefit.
