| At present we are facing the huge pressure in employment. The state-owned organizational reform causes the massive laid-off workers to need to seek the new operating posts; the rapidly urbanization makes the farmer to lose the earth and to walk into the society to start to make a new living; the massive graduating students have to get out of the university to get employed. These are the primary causes to make our employment pressure. Overall speaking, our country's labor force and the talented persons supply exceed demand, and the number of labor force is bigger than that of the increasing employment post. In order to solve this contradictory, we have promoted many kinds of skill trainings from advanced countries to improve the worker quality. Through skill trainings we can help the worker to seek the new employment posts. The entrepreneur training project helps the members to understand national the policy laws and regulations and learn the knowledge and abilities to start a business. This article mainly conducts the research from the training implementation angle, we discover some questions through the investigation and the interview, and proposes the corresponding improvement strategy and the suggestion.This article primarily divided into the following four parts:First chapter, introduce remarks.
