With entering into21centuries. Many companies are encountering new furious competition. At the same time, the development of global economic bring out new opportunity for enterprises. In this condition, many enterprises will pay a lot attention to the employee training. Establishing training system and perfecting training system become the most important thing to do. Training is coming into all aspects of corporation, Employee training will become more and more Specialization and diversification.In the last years, The training work of LA Group is not done well. Such as the training is lack of aim and ineffective; the employee’s training enthusiasm is not high. with the increasing development of LA group, the number of the staff continues to increase, more and more staff training problems revealed, and affected the strategic target of the LA group.So this text introduced the training related theory, analyzed the LA company employee training situation, existing problems and the reasons of the problems. According to the actual circumstance of the LA group, and use relevant training theories, it built up the training countermove analysis, which is composed of the training need, training plan, training carry out and training evaluate. The methods of this study are literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and investigation method etc.The construction of the training system will store the training teacher for the future use. From the staff training, assessment, supervision, LA group administrate the new employees. In the training program, LA group shoud first pay attention to the safety training of employees, and enhance the quality of management. Secondly, pay more attention to the ideological transformation of the workers. those workers are not rest good、with low skills and low-energy, at the beginning of the new workers, who do not understand the rules of the fool、the ignorant people who is not participate in the training, and lazy workers who do not want to study and progress, etc. And LA group should pay more attention to the construction of leadership and team. In order to improve the relationship between workers and their team, and interact effectively between people and the environment, those will improve the performance of employees. Once again, LA group should promote the distinctive "actual combat" simulation training and training base construction. This article innovatively proposed three training model, which is composed of simulation training, training base, post training. Finally, vigorously promote the use of distance education and simulation teaching system will be useful to LA group, and in the paper, it put forward six steps to train, which is to see, to speak, to ask, to test, and to analysis.Nowadays, there is a little research countermove about training system of large state-owned enterprises. To establish a suitable and perfect training countermove system, have certain reference significance for the enterprises in the same industry. From this research, I hope that the Training plan and measures can provide some references to the LA group. This article also has many deficiencies, I will research and study in the future work and learning.
