Along with the deep development of the society and the progress of The Times, new staff training has formed a scientific system and played a more and more important role in guiding the enterprise human resources integration, reasonable employee on-boarding scientific allocation, the long development of the enterprise. But in practice, the new staff training work has not been given enough attention, the relevant methods and theory of new employee training is relatively backward, needs to be improved and perfected. M company recruiting new employees present some new characteristics, injected vigor to M company at the same time also brought a series of problems and challenges in the process of new staff training. How to solve a series of problems in M company new staff training according to the characteristics of M company's new employees, became an important issue for the development of the company, also the key point of this study.This article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the research background and significance, summarizes and evaluats the research status, at the end of the chapter gives the technical route in this paper; The second chapter mainly elaborates the relevant theories of the new staff training, including new employee characteristics and related concept definition, classification and methods of the new staff training, staff training needs analysis and assessment theory, these methods and theoretical analysis provides theoretical support for the issue of chapter 3 and chapter 4; Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the core contents of this article, In the third chapter analyses, generalizes and summaries the current situation of the new staff training of M company, mainly including M company profile, M company characteristics of new employees and new employees training present situation, and on the basis of the status, analyzes main problems and the causes of these problems in the new staff training system of M company: lack of advanced human resource management concept,insufficient preparation work training, the backward training level, the imperfect training evaluation mechanism, the lack of effective incentives; In the fourth chapter, in view of the five problems of the new staff training put forward in tne third chapter, come up with five corresponding countermeasures of the new staff training of M company, including improve training management idea, strengthen the training prepare level, improve the training evaluation mechanism, enrich the training incentives and so on. Through the study of this article, put forward a series of solutions in view of the problems in the process of newemployee training of M company, the implementation of these measures can promote the new staff training work of M company embarking on the scientific and healthy development track,leading the new employees to find the right role and defining career development direction within the organization, helping new employees quickly realize personal value to create profits for M company, at the same time, providing intellectual support and personnel security for the full, scientific and harmonious development of M company.
