Small-Medium Enterprise is an important part of our country ecnomics.99.5% of the number of china's corporate is Small-Medium Enterprise. China's GDP of 55.6 percent, industrial added value of 74.7%, 58.9% of the community sales, revenue 46.2 percent and 62.3 percent of exports are produced by small and medium enterprises , about 75 percent of the country's urban jobs are created by SMEs .The strength of our country is correlatived with the performance of Small-Medium Enterprise .Although in order to improve Small-Medium Enterprise need solve many problems,the major problem is to improve current business circumtance.At present , the main reason of the huge loss of staff is the lower level of management of China's SMES. the development of long-term stability of SMEs is challenged. Because the 21st century is the era of talent, enterprise development must be to win over people, and the way of wining over people not only off material , but create a good atmosphere.people use this approach to management Staff provide a comfortable working environment. The main content of the thesis proposed management of cultural import to management model. The main content of the thesis contains why should cultural import to the management of small and medium enterprises,and building the culture-oriented management model in accordance with the principle. Using SWOT strategic management tool to Analysis of SMEs in different circumstances, which should take the culture-oriented management model.At the end of the paper,analyse one Small-Medium Enterprise.Using IFE and EFE to analyse the corporate.In according with the analysis,chose management model.
