The corporate Culture has a profound impact on the development of enterprises as a branch of anthropology and a variable of management with further in-depth culture studies. The impact factors of corporate culture management is more and more attentioned by economic scholars. as a means of culture, from starting to establish the enterprise's core values. The corporate culture management provides a channel for enterprise performance management. In a sense, the corporate Culture has become an indispensable strategic resource.However, in the business community and academia of our country, the research and application of the impact factors of the corporate culture management has lagged and just begun in recent years. There is a negative impact for our country enterprises to adapt to international competition rules and to participate in the global competition. In the new economy time, in particular, after entering the WTO, researching and developing the corporate Culture with our national conditions and business characteristics , to keep up with the world development trend of management theory. It has become the urgent and important issue in the academic enterprise management.This article will try to make some beneficial discussion on the impact factors of the corporate culture management of the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter discusses the background to the study, significance and research methodologies, innovation, and research ideas and content arrangements. The second chapter discusses the division of small and medium enterprise; the definition of Culture, review of the relevant theory about the corporate culture management. The third chapter takes the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province as an example, evaluate the culture of the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province through transformation of Denison model. The forth Chapter starts a specific analysis in five key factors: organizational learning, internal consensus, and core values, empowerment and vision on the impact of culture in small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Chapter Five puts forward to improve the Culture for the promotion of the corporate performance for the responses to the results of the analysis. In the end, it is mentioned about the shortcomings described in this article as well as the outlook for the research.In this paper, there is a systematic argument about the impact factors of the corporate culture management in combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, which has a certain significance to expand the field of cultural studies. Moreover, the article also creatively transformed the Culture evaluation model to evaluate the culture of the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang, put forward positive ways in building the Culture, which are the bright spots in this article.I hope that this article can lead to the attention of management theorists about the business culture, to explore the culture theory which is in line with our national conditions and conducive to the development in a modern enterprise. It can promote the practice and promotion of the Chinese characteristics culture .
