In recent years,corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been a catchword,the important content and the development direction of Chinese enterprise management.However, But present Chinese corporate social responsibility undertakes the condition to be actually unoptimistic, particularly the situation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Presently, promote the small and medium enterprises to undertake corporate social responsibility, has the important theory and the practical significance to China social economy and enterprise own development. This article takes the stakeholder theory as the instruction, around the solution of social responsibility for small and medium-sized enterprises to take on this subject, and focuses on the following several contents:Firstly, analyses the status of corpertate social responsibility for small and medium-sized enterprises, and point out the problems from the perspective of knowledge and undertake,then find the reason that causes of these problems by analyses internal and external constraints,obtained the necessity of promote small and medium-sized enterprises undertake corperate social responsibility and research direction.Secondly, the paper discussed the driving force of small and medium-sized enterprise to undertake the corporate social responsiblity. The article is based on the stakeholder theory, it generats the causality model and dynamics model for the change of driving force, it finds out the most important driving factors and the action process of taking on social responsibility. At the end, it raises some strategies and suggestions to take the social responsibility.Thirdly, this paper establishes a Hotelling model of corporate social responsibility that endowed with product differentiation from consumer's perspective, analyzes the inherent relationship between the social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness, and points out the way that the SMEs obtain responsibility competitiveness.Fourthly, analyses small and medium-sized enterprises'development characteristic and the model of corporate social responsibility in the different life cycle,proposed four kind of corporate social responsiblity strategies which unifies life cycle theory, thus proposed the small and medium-sized enterprise undertakes the corporate social responsibility strategy pattern choice.Findly, take Chaida Clothing as the example, by empirical analysis the dynamics model and responsibility competitiveness which have proposed base on introduced basic conditions of Chaida Clothing, and point out the pattern of corporate social responsibility to undertake and the tactics choice of Chaida Clothing.
