Study On The Employee Job Stress Management Of F Decoration & Construction Company

Our country is now in the period of social transformation. Along with more competitive environment, not only creates more opportunities for workers, but also gives people enormous job stress. We choose the employee job stress of F Decoration and Construction Company as our research object. We hope that we can alleviate the employee job stress and to improve staff efficiency and job satisfaction, leading to the improving performance and profit of the enterprise through our researched job stress management strategy that we have researched.First, the research summarizing the former experience of job stress management, analyzing the stress source, stress reaction, stress influence variable, and the results of the pressure processes. Secondly, we will find the main reason that influence the job stress through the design of job stress investigation questionnaire and the job stress source, job stress reaction, coping strategies, job satisfaction analysis of the sample data in F Decoration and Construction Company. To carry out the statistics and analysis of the data, we used descriptive statistics function in SPSS. Finally, we put forward the practical job stress management strategy in the two levels of organization and individual combining character of F Decoration and Construction Company staff.
