Kazakhstan's Oil Diplomacy In China, U.S. And Russia

Kazakhstan is playing the pivotal role in the Central Asia region as the first great nation in Central Asia, which is rich in oil resources, specially in the Central Caspian Sea oil development, it has unique advantages, and Kazakhstan has the geography superiority in the oil transport aspect as it is in the heart land of Eurasia, which makes Kazakhstan'status becoming increasingly prominent in international oil pattern. With the development pace of Kazakhstan's oil resources is speeding , the world big powers seek the benefits here, Kazakhstan becomes the new focus of the world political and economic competition.In order to develop the oil economy and seek the political interests, Kazakhstan has formulated the multiplex oil diplomacy strategy, which uses the important geography position and the abundant oil resources to develop the diplomatic relations with many countries, China, U.S. and Russia is its important development direction. In the complicated structure of multilateral international energy relations, Kazakhstan implements the flexible balanced foreign policy under the premise of the national interests, and continuously adjusts relations with the powers, and has achieved great success. In addition, Kazakhstan is facing some problems not be neglected, such as: the unstable relations with big powers,the weak controlling force to own oil companies,the prominent corruption problems,the oil industry of insufficiency potential,the backward environmental awareness and so on. How to solve these problems is a foothold that Kazakhstan further does well on the oil diplomacy.The introduction of the paper first explains investigative means, investigative actuality, investigative innovation and investigative methods.
