The Eurasian Economic Community is the most important organization for economic integration in the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States. At present, the organization has made great progress in establishing Customs Alliance of Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan, which commenced operations on January1,2010. As one of the major influential factors affecting the Chinese economy, the Community’s economic integration development will inevitably influence the economic cooperation between China and its member states. China has to adopt quick responsive measures to actively meet with the challenges from the community and make use of the opportunities provided by it to promote the cooperation between China and its member states to sound development.In this dissertation, the author uses the "WWWH" logical analysis to explore the external economic policy, foreign trade challenges and its strategies-in the context of Customs Union of Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan, where China is faced with problems and challenges of Xinjiang Autonomic Region cross-border economy, deliberating and using the experience of border economy, and offers ideas to withstand external economic trade issues and risks, which provide many opportunities to promote economic development in Xinjiang Autonomic Region and regional economic coordination.
