Research On The Model Of Family Enterprise Management Right Inheritance Based On The Perspective Of Cha Xu Pattern

As an important organization form, Family enterprise is widespread in the world. In the 21st century, the family enterprises all of the world enters into the period of Succession, the first-generation of China's family entrepreneurs have to face the succession of business right.Through the study, we find that: existing models generally focus on when and how to develop inter-generational transmission, and research the transmission process relatively broad without the analysis of the underlying reasons, particularly without study about traditional cultural. However, the author believes that every social behavior must have support from social and cultural traditions. When we research the family enterprise transmission mode of our country, we should focus on the cultural perspective, particularly the family traditional culture.So in this paper, the author studies the social causes and characteristics about chaxu pattern, and found that although the difference is the sequence pattern, and finds that chaxu pattern has been in China objectively and plays an important role, although it was proposed by Fei Xiaotong fifty years ago, which concluded the characteristics of relationship about China's traditional community. In the family enterprises, they use layer management mixing with ethics. Because of the unit of ownership and the right to operate, they generally use a paternalistic leadership. So family enterprise has significant chaxu orientation in management structure and method.Because of chaxu pattern, principal-agent mechanism cannot run smoothly in family enterprise. It has huge cost and lacks of potential gains. At the same time, business owners and professional managers cannot carry out cooperation because of the serious risk of moral hazard between them.In China's society, people are relying on relationship in the transactions. In the family enterprise or the Pan-family enterprise, people maintain their relationship by trust and loyalty, whose transactions always done by personification way. So consanguinity succession who have high-quality social network, are more likely to become successful entrepreneurs, and develop family enterprise.
