By September of2009, the national registered private enterprises are about7.185million, with nearly90%family enterprises. Family-owned business has become an important economic part in China. It’s time the founder of the Chinese family business retired from the leading post because of age or health or other reasons. The purpose of this research is to study how to transfer massive wealth of society to the next generation safely.Based on the C company as the research object, through the enterprise background analysis and hotel industry and soft decoration industry analysis, found that enterprise potential development bottleneck and the difficulty of succession. According to the2012China hotel industry report, compared to the hotel room number of international brand hotel, there is a large gap between the Chinese hotel industry and the international brand hotel. Therefore, there is still plenty of scope for more growth in Chinese hotel industry. As a professional supplier to provide hotel fabric, C company has a good perspective in the environmental background. However, the management mothod of the owner of C company and the successor problem ignored that C company can’t find a suitable successor in a short time.Through the interview C company founder and main leaders, we can have a deepley understanding of the enterprise operation and management. According to the ture intent of the owner of the company, then put forward some ideas of improving the company management. It is necessary to employ professional managers when there is no suitable succesor. It is concluded that the most suitable for this enterprise intergenerational inheritance way to help the enterprise complete handover process to change the enterprise organization structure.
