| As an ancient form of business organization in the world, family business accounts for a large proportion of the world’s enterprises, and it plays an important role in the national economies. In China, family business is becoming the most common way for the members of the family intergenerational succession management due to the effect of "family culture". But with the changes of external environment and the self needs of family business growth, there still exists some deficiencies. Therefore, enterprises need to introduce professional managers to hold senior positions for corporate governance.Based on the study of the theory of family business and management pattern theory, this paper makes a comparison analysis of two patterns of the internal family members and the introduction of professional managers from aspects of the advantages and disadvantages, application conditions and effects. Paper concludes that family firms should choose reasonable and sustainable development management model by considering family enterprises development stages, industry characteristics and growth environment. In the end, this paper puts forward the security mechanism of the two management patterns. |
