In today's world,there are many forms of corporate organization,family business forms are the most common,and social and economic advancement cannot be separated from the prosperity of family businesses.However,nowadays,with the aging of incumbents and the succession of successors,the problem of intergenerational inheritance also faces this huge test.Among them,the low succession of successors is the main issue in the current generational succession process.This study explores the factors that influence the successor's reluctance to take over from the perspective of exploring the succession of the succession.This provides theoretical and empirical basis for us to propose effective suggestions for family business inheritance.This study is aimed at the current difficulties of family business inheritance among generations.It mainly uses survey research methods to empirically examine the relationship between succession factors,succession attitudes,and succession preferences.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The internal influence factors mainly include the enterprise level,the family level and the individual level.The individual level includes the successor's own factors and the successor's perception of the incumbent's factors;(2)Age,family ranking,education level,and the total number of employees in the company have significant differences in succession;(3)The succession attitude consists of two dimensions: succession degree of trust and sense of succession of succession.Succession degree of trust in the enterprise scale,inheritance values,The role of career planning and interests,expected return perception,willingness to hand over,value-friendliness,and succession will play a partial intermediary role.It plays a complete mediating role between the succession plan of the company and the willingness of succession;Inheritance of values,successors' quality and ability,career planning and interests,willingness to hand over the inmates,dimensions of the fit of values and succession of the succession play a partial intermediary role,and play a role in a complete intermediary between the succession plan of the company and the willingness to succeed.(4)Based on the above conclusions,this study summarizes the main internal factors that will enhance the succession.Therefore,it is possible to improve the status quo of the lower willingness to succession through the positive promotion relationship between internal factors,succession attitudes,and succession preferences.In order to achieve the goal of achieving family business succession between generations.
