Research Of The Function And Role Of Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Bureau Through The AnHui Agricultural Exports

For a long time, AnHui province foreign trade in agricultural products on the development of agricultural economy has made tremendous contributions. But as China accession to the WTO, our province agricultural exports face with severe challenges and major development opportunities. Exports of agricultural products in the course of our province, exported farm products are subject to some restrictions on exports of agricultural products of developed countries and even abroad closed customs, export quality agricultural products, agricultural exports irrational structure, and so on. At the same time, some developed countries protect their own agriculture and the national economy as well as political purposes, Chinese exports of agricultural products run up technical trade barriers and obstacles. With developed countries barriers, our exports of agricultural products couples with the problems inherent in making China (including Anhui Province) agricultural exports are sluggish. As the department in charge of agricultural exports, CIQ of Anhui should go with the development trend of international agricultural trade, the current combination of the grim situation in the agricultural exports of inspection and quarantine regulatory approach to reform and perfect, in strict to check at the same time intensify the scope of public services and intensity to serve the gatekeeper, the gatekeeper of services, in particular CIQ to play their own advantages for the agricultural export enterprises in our province to provide services for the export of agricultural products through the province of the developed countries set up technical trade barriers, and expand exports of agricultural products in our province to provide a strong support and help.This dissertation introduces superior agricultural resources of Anhui, systematically reviewed agricultural exports in our province history and current situation. Then, from the point of entry and exit inspection and quarantine of agricultural exports, this dissertation identify some of the problems exist, and analyze reasons, and take current agricultural exports opportunities, risks, difficulties and obstacles conducted for analysis and research. Finally, this dissertation put forward measures to improve entry and exit inspection and quarantine departments functions, give full play to agricultural exports, effectively cope with and overcome problems in order to further promote exports of agricultural products in our province.
