Research On Credit Management Issues Of Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Enterprises

The role of credit is being increasingly prominent in today's society,and it is extremely urgent to establish the credits system in the view of public.The "social credit system construction plan(2014-2020)" which issued by the State Council In 2014 symbolizes that the construction of China social credit system has entered a new stage.As an important part of the construction of social credit system,the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise provides convenience for the enterprises with high credit rate to improve the efficiency of clearance and reinforces the regulation of the enterprises with low credit rate to improve the effectiveness of supervision.The distinguish regulation mode will impel the enterprises to improve their consciousness and level of credit.Therefore,improving the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise continuously by finding and solving problems in the practice is not only for the construction of social credit system,but also for the vigorous development of Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine.In regard to the importance and rapid developing situation of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise,research on the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise is chosen to be the topic of this paper.The presented paper chooses the Dayaowan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau which with heavy workload and varieties of work to be the sample of the research.The research methods include:literature review,questionnaire surveys,and statistical analysis.In order to find out the problems in the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise,the questionnaire was divided into two types.One is for the enterprises which supervised by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine,another is for the staff engaged in the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine credit regulation of enterprise.In order to solve the problem that the work system is imperfect,this paper puts forward three measures:optimize the collected items of credit information,improve the rewarding and punishing system of credit regulation and enrich the performance appraisal index;In order to solve the problem that supporting measures are incomplete,this paper puts forward three measures:strengthen the construction of the credit regulation electronic system,strengthen the cultivation of the credit regulation talents,strengthen the prevention and control of the credit risk;In order to solve the problem that the credit regulation is fallen well short of its goals,this paper puts forward three measures:draw up a plan of the credit notification,pay attention to the innovation in propaganda work,create the atmosphere of credibility.
