In this thesis, the author intends to explore the principles, methods and tools of the production dispatch management in hydraulic power plants based on its plan, which is the routine of the production management. Recently close concern has been paid to this issue because it is essential to the benefit and safety of the hydraulic power plants. Actually it is creative, applicable and practicable to put the widespread digital analysis software to use in the production dispatch management of the hydraulic power plants.First, on the basis of hydrologic records of different hydrologic stations and different periods, the author analyzes the production management of Xiao Longmen Hydraulic Power Plant which will be put into production soon, the advantages, disadvantages and experiences of other hydraulic power plants in the production management. Furthermore, the author puts forward the important and difficult points and the goals of the production management after Xiao Longmen Hydraulic Power Plant is put into operation.Secondly, the author makes a research on the methods of drawing up annual and monthly plan, establishes chronological analytical models, and tests its correctness and error. Based on these researches, the applications of the analytical results are advanced. Then, the author examines the quantitative analytical methods of daily production dispatch data, builds linear relative formulas and tests their correctness, and proposes their applications and problems in working out daily load graphs. What's more, the author poses the chief principles and implementing plans of the flood control dispatch based on their applications in practical dispatch of flood control efficiency. At last, the author reflects comprehensively the principles in the production dispatch design of this hydro-plant, and works out some principles which needs revising.Thirdly, the author makes a preliminary qualitative research on the prediction methods of tendering dispatch on the Inter net, and proposes a demand-supply poly linear relative mathematic model in the hope of providing a clue or a new thought to those who are devoted to do researches on the demand and supply of the electric net.Finally, a belief of general participation and a method of evaluation and encouragement are proposed. The author points out that at present absolute accuracy of the production dispatch is still not in the cards, and that it is necessary for professionals to participate actively and to solve some problems properly in order to improve this project.
