With the quickening of the world economic integration and globalization process, the floating of professionals aggravates day by day. The rational floating of professionals can improve the service efficiency of the human resources, make personal utility maximized, and it can reach the maximization of social utility. However, unreasonable flow of professionals has caused enormous losses to enterprises.The shareholding commercial banks of our country suffer a lot in the fierce talent competition. On the one hand, the shareholding commercial banks in our country has been presented for a short time, its foundation and developing capability are all weak.Meanwhile, there are some systematic factors that have caused brain drain; On the other hand, with the promotion of accession to the WTO and the deepening of opening to the outside world of financial circles, more and more foreign banks and other financial institutions appear in our country, which makes the talent competition among commercial banks more fierce than ever , and the brain drain causes enormous losses to shareholding commercial banks in our country.Because of this, the starting point of the article is to solve the problem of brain drain of shareholding commercial banks in our country.Combining the detailed conditions, proceed with classical brain drain model of the west, it has been analyzed with the current situation of brain drain of shareholding commercial banks in our country, and the influence factors of brain drain have been explored. Then one reputable bank in Changsha is taken as an example to construct the brain drain model of shareholding commercial banks, which based on fuzzy comprehensive matter element.The model has been carried on positive research and quantitative analysis, the important conclusions about the brain drain of the shareholding commercial banks in our country have been drawn and the countermeasures has been proposed. As for appraising results, incentive mechanism of our country shareholding commercial banks is short of effective control, promotion possibility and employees running off in weight are too big, and the inefficiency of carrying out the policy leads to brain drain.On the basis of constructing the quantitative appraisal model of brain drain of shareholding system commercial bank in our country in this text, the early warning system is carried on for the advanced exploration of the brain drain of the shareholding commercial banks in the thesis. The controlling countermeasures and measures have proposed of brain drain of shareholding system commercial bank in our country,This not only has great directive significance to the shareholding banks in our country, but also has certain reference and referent meaning to most domestic banks and enterprises.
