Along with the rapid expanding of the global economic integration and the global information integration, the environment which enterprises are facing is increasingly complex, and the market competition is increasingly fierce. For all enterprises, human resources of enterprise have become the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and the important factor for the enterprise’s sustainable development.In the era of knowledge economy, the core competitiveness of enterprise is not only science and technology, but also human resources talented person is one of the cores which can ensure the enterprise leading. Reasonable flow of talent person is benefit for the allocation and the integration of social resources, however, the brain drain of SY Wuhan Company has been out of control, the loss of talents increased the capital of company’s human resource, reduce the stability of the corporate, directly led to the core competitiveness decline of company, the brain drain caused project delays and project ends, and it had brought huge losses to the enterprise. This thesis will use modern human resource management theory and organizational behavior theory, by introducing the organization structure and the workflow of SY Wuhan Company, and the description of four aspects of company employees characteristics, such as gender, age, educational background and job position, according to the situation of SY Wuhan Company’s brain drain, analyzing the incentives of brain loss of SY Wuhan Company, including:career planning and career development, pays and benefits, performance appraisal system, comprehensive quality of leader, job stress, interpersonal relationship, and corporate culture. And based on these aspects, this thesis gives three ways to reduce the brain drain of SY Wuhan Company:improve the compensation and benefits, improve the corporate system and establish the corporate culture, thereby enhancing the stability of the corporate team, reducing the cost of human resource, allowing the company to obtain the advantage of business competitive. This thesis will use the case of SY Wuhan Company, to analyze the cause of talent loss in practical work, and proposing three countermeasures to reduce the talents loss of company, hoping to provide some advises for other companies. |
