Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises,determining the height of the development of enterprises.A kitchen and toilet company was taken into research to discuss the brain drain of enterprises and the countermeasures in this paper.Brain drain will lead to lacking of innovation ability,wasting of talent training and unfavorable impact on the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the research on the brain drain of A kitchen and toilet company,it not only enriches the theory of enterprise talent research,but also sets up a perfect enterprise employment mechanism.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study,this paper constructs the research framework of enterprise brain drain and summarizes the practical cases.Although the enterprise data is not fully mastered,it has important reference significance for the related theoretical research.The problem of brain drain and its deep reasons of A kitchen and toilet company was studied in this paper studies.There are some problems,such as the lacking of scientific and technical personnel policy,unsound security policy,imperfect training system of professional career,imperfect talent assessment mechanism and so on.The causes of the problems,such as the rigid management mechanism of talents,the backward performance appraisal concept and the lacking of supervision mechanism was also studied in this paper.Large and medium-sized enterprises should also adhere to the correct guiding principles and the people-oriented,paying attention to enterprise culture,establishing the talent mechanism of elasticity;providing the wages and welfare of employees,increasing their sense of identity and pride;implementing the security policies,improving the employee occupation career planning,establishing perfect performance appraisal system and early warning mechanism of talent management. |
