Studies On Shared Services Management Pattern Of Transnational Corporation

In 1990's, continuous acceleration of economy globalization and rapid development of information technology accelerated trade globalization, production globalization, resource allocation globalization, financial capital globalization, and so on. These factors made transnational corporation grow into global corporation. With the diversification of products and management globalization, the size of transnational corporation constantly enlarged, its internal process became complicated, and control became more difficult. Service cost and quality in service department, which was ignored for a long time in corporate management, were concern recently. At present, Shared Services, new reform of finance, HR, IT, and so on, is being adopted by many transnational corporations.On the basis of research on special article and papers of Shared Services, such thesis defines the concept of Shared Services. And also use the theory of economics to analyze and conclude its feature, function, and applicable condition. I analyze different feature among four models of Share Services , and express methods and steps of how to implement Shared Services.Such thesis observes empirical cases and development trends of overseas and domestic management models of Shared Services, analyzes the difference between domestic and overseas transnational corporation. I analyze the current status and the problem, and analyze the possibility and risk if domestic translational corporation adopt Shared Services , and propose advices of how to implement it.
