With the vigorous development of market economy, many industries have been in a state of perfect competition. In this situation, more and more companies are facing extremely severe competition. How do we apply the advanced management ideas and techniques to enhance their core competitiveness, create their own effective blue ocean strategy? Financial Management is the core! More and more companies choose to change the existing model of financial management, to reduce the financial function operating costs and improve the effectiveness of the performance of financial service functions, centralize resources to help the company's development, so that they selected financial shared services.This paper is taking the world's five hundred restaurant chain M company as a case study. The study on the operation of the M corporation Financial Shared Service Center in the area of Asia and Pacific has been carried out on the basis of analysis, comparison and calculation, the methods of the like through the application of fiscal based service management theory, management theory, operations management theory, organizational behavior, human resources management and other disciplines.The main structure of the paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introducing the background, purpose, significance, content and method. The second part is the literature review, summarizing the basic concepts used in this article, the relevant literature findings and analysis tools. The third part is the case described, introducing the reader to the basic overview of M Co., M Co. shared service center development history, current situation and challenges. Followed by a case study on the fourth part, the main content is detailed analysis of the company's inside and outside advantages and disadvantages, obtained M shared service opportunities and threats, the root causes of threats and so on. The fifth part is the specific recommendations to improve M Co's shared service: Strengthen Revolution Management, Process Innovation and Cultural Construction. The last part is the general summary for the M's shared services strategy development, reference to other companies and lack in this study.In this paper, begining with the shared service concept, we discuss the strengths and weaknesses of M company's shared service model, the existing opportunities and challenges, and summarize the methodology to improve the shared services model.
