Under the background of exam-oriented education,Chinese teenagers generally suffer from learning burnout,especially high school students,who bear the most heavy learning tasks and learning pressure,and their learning burnout is particularly serious.This phenomenon has attracted the attention of schools and parents,who are constantly looking for various methods to try to solve this problem.In 2014,the state promulgated the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System".The focus of the reform is to give students an unprecedented right to choose,and to adjust the admission methods of colleges and universities.This reform focuses on breaking the "differentiation and obedience",changing the method of talent evaluation and selection from single to comprehensive,taking comprehensive quality evaluation as an important reference for high school students' graduation and further studies,and paying more attention to the daily study and comprehensive quality of candidates.From the perspective of Shanghai,Zhejiang and other provinces,after the new college entrance examination reform,students' academic burden and examination pressure have been reduced.Coupled with the development of career planning courses,high school students' satisfaction with learning is at an upper-middle level,and the overall trend is Satisfaction,learning burnout has eased.The implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in Yunnan Province is relatively slow,and the new college entrance examination will be implemented in 2025.This paper takes the high school students of the Kunming branch of Huanggang Middle School in the old college entrance examination with new textbooks as the research object.Through the correlation between career planning and learning burnout of high school students Quantitative research on the mediating effect and achievement goals and qualitative analysis of interviews to explore the effect of career planning on the relief of high school students' learning burnout in the context of the new college entrance examination.The main findings and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)High school survivors have a certain degree of learning burnout,and they have the highest score on the academic alienation factor;grades have significant differences in total learning burnout and physical and mental exhaustion,academic alienation and low sense of achievement;gender and family residence are significantly different in total learning burnout and physical and mental exhaustion.The effects of each factor were not significant.(2)The overall status of high school students' achievement of goal orientation is good.There are significant gender differences in mastering approach goals;different grades have significant differences in achievement avoidance goals,mastering avoidance goals,and mastering approach goals;family residences have significant differences in mastering approach goals.(3)The career maturity of high school students is good.There are significant differences in career maturity and some sub-indices by gender,different grades and family residence.(4)Achievement approach goals and mastery approach goals played a full mediating role in the impact of career planning on learning burnout,and achievement avoidance goals played a partial mediating role between career maturity and learning burnout.(5)The case interviews have verified that career planning education in high school students can help relieve the emotional burnout of high school students.The results of the interview reveal that parent and family education is the most important way for high school students to acquire vocational knowledge,and parents' expectations are an important source for high school students to enhance their learning motivation and establish learning goals.Based on the content and conclusions of this study,this paper also puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects: the government,schools,parents,and students,hoping to alleviate the learning burnout of high school students by improving career planning education.
