In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile intelligent terminals,such as smart phone,tablet PC and so on,mobile learning is catching more and more attention of trainers.Therefore,mobile learning will certainly become an important and effective method for the implementation of enterprise training.There are many problems that the traditional enterprise training are facing in its implementation,for example,the slow update speed of training resources,the conflict between employee's working and learning time,the difficulties of internal training resources' communication,lack of the support of technical communication platform.Enterprise training based on mobile learning can not only help to ease and overcome these difficulties,but also meet the requirements of customizable and life-long education for people of the knowledge information age.For enterprises with large employee quantity,various types of work,strong liquidity,flexible working time and place,mobile learning can be very convenient and sufficient.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign related literature references,this paper analyzed and discussed the current situation,characteristics and problems waiting to be resolved of mobile learning and enterprise training.Using methods of literature research,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this paper took the construction of enterprise mobile learning platform for employee career planning as a start point and discussed the application status and development prospects of mobile learning in enterprise training.Interviews can help to know the attitudes and concerns of enterprise managers towards the implementation of mobile learning,while questionnaires can help to find out the need of mobile learning and the factors which impacting and restricting mobile learning.There are three main conclusions of the research.Firstly,enterprise managers hold a supporting attitude towards mobile learning,but participation to the learning management is required to ensure the rate of return on investment.Meanwhile,employees have the condition of implementing mobile learning and they also have a strong desire to use this new learning style,but they think that the mobile learning resources are not very plentiful and also not systematic,which is the potential difficulty factor for the implementation of mobile learning.Finally,learning mode,with highly interactivity,is benefit for improving the viscosity of employee learning and the learning e ffect.With these investigation results,this paper took the mobile learning platform construction of F technology group as a starting point and put forward the following organizational strategies.Firstly,mobile learning platform should help enterprise managers and training managers to fully participate in it,should also manage and control the learning behaviors of employees,so as to reflect its essential function of serving enterprises' management.Secondly,mobile learning behaviors should implement by basing on the system of enterprise personnel training,and should construct the perfect learning and growth guidance mechanism,so as to provide a better planning service for enterprise training and employee career growth.Thirdly,mobile learning should supervise its whole process by basing on the relevant standards,so it could maximally guarantee the learning effect,which will thereby enhance the learning quality and play the important role in training business talents.
