Risk Management Of Curtain Wall Project Of FD Company

Much risk factor exist in the process of curtain wall project management, It's problem for any curtain wall company how to deal with and control these risk. As an old one, FD company is facing with these risk factors, and some risk has been affecting FD's normal operation. For exploring a meaning how to revolve this problem, I begin from the whole processes of curtain wall project, qualitative or quantitative analysis and evaluate every main risk factor through combining with the correlative theory of risk management, to manage the curtain wall project.Firstly, through qualitative analysis, to find key processes in the whole project. Secondly, through these key processes, to emphasize to analysis the possible risk factor. Finally, to identify, analysis, evaluate, deal with every primary risk, and bring forward the method how to control this risk. In addition, as FD's actual & long-standing problem in past time, I emphasize to analysis and control two risks, the first is credit grade management of constructor, the second is risk management of project account receivable, I hope to revolve FD's company key problem through building up new system of risk management, and verify it in practicing.Besides, many oversea engineering company order curtain wall in China one after another in globalization, this paper analyzed the risk management of FD company and how to profit maximum, and proposed the potential risk in tendering the curtain wall project, how to evaluate and control these risk.
