Study On The Implementation Of Project Management For The Curtain Wall Construction Enterprises

With the high speed of our country economy, construction enterprises is confronted with good opportunity , but because of the many years under planned economy system, also have a lot of problems about construction project management which influence the development of enterprise and the implementation and work successfully for the project, especially the old management pattern is not able to satisfy current circumstances, so the management to engineering construction waits for a sharpening urgently.Aiming at the increase in the level of management of construction enterprises, and construction projects on the implementation of effective management point of view, after reading lots of documents and combined years of experience in construction management, I applied examples in detail to explain and research the construction project contract responsibility system, and introduced the entire process of implementation. First of all, on China's construction enterprise project management history and development orientation, after my years of practical experience on the curtain wall construction enterprise project management status quo and development trend analysis, in the third chapter of the third quarter led project contract responsibility system management mode next, the management of the project contract responsibility system, both from the theoretical model and the specific implementation on the study, noted that the project contract responsibility system management model to solve the problems. Although at present "three system ", as the system of obligation of item juridical person, the system of bid and the system of superintendence, being extended broadly in our country engineering construction field, fits with development of marketplace economic system. But our country already adds World Trade Organization (WTO), there are many problems to solve, in order to meet the internationalization request of project management.
