The main purpose of this paper is studying the problems of human resources management innovation in the oil field enterprise. The paper first brings forward the fundamental theory and the method of human resources management, introduces the human resources management's experience abroad and its inspiration for our country's enterprises. And then analyzes the problems of oil field enterprises'human resource management in our country. At last, conclude that the human resource management's innovation trend is strategy type human resource management. In accordance with the requirements of strategy type human resource management, we make the research on how to carry out our country's oil field enterprises human resources management innovation, and bring forward innovation design pattern of human resource management institution and personnel arrangement in our country's oil field enterprises, and also put forward innovation suggestions of human resources management's four functions: human resource management recruitment , training and developing, stimulation of human resources and behavior management.There are two creative points about this paper. First is that this paper will bring forward the frame of human resources development and management to adapt to the development of oil field enterprises according to their characteristic. Second is that this paper will bring the behavior management into human resources management to strengthen the evaluation and regulation of staff's behavior, which would make staff's behavior consistent with the goal of enterprises.
