The rapid development of the global economy, so that enterprises in the position of international competition is more and more severe challenges. Future twenty-first Century is the talent competition in the world. Who have a strong talent, who can manage the talent, and tap potential talent, the core position of human resources into full play, will be the optimal choice based on the competitive society. The humanistic management of enterprises in the final analysis, is the management of people. Development of employee of knowledge enterprise, it has close relationship with the enterprise culture and the management system of enterprises. The development of enterprises in our country are facing a severe test and challenge, such as employee per capita lower cultural quality, innovation ability and development ability of the new product of the enterprise seriously lacking, so a lot of extent, affect the enterprise development and enterprise’s economic efficiency.
